You are taking this assessment as part an evaluation process by the person requesting that you take the assessment and/or their organization (REQUESTOR) who has contracted with Axiogenics, LLC and/or an authorized Axiogenics provider (AXIOGENICS) to administer the assessment. By taking this assessment you are affirming that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. The results are the intellectual property of Axiogenics, LLC, and are protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

2. No party is under any obligation whatsoever to provide you with your assessment results or any feedback regarding the results in any form or at any time.

3. AXIOGENICS will hold your contact information and assessment results confidential and provide them only to the REQUESTOR. The REQUESTOR has agreed and has provided reasonable assurances to AXIOGENICS that they will also keep your assessment results confidential and only share your results with others on a "need-to-know" basis relevant to the purpose for which they have been requested and administered. Your results may, however, also be used by AXIOGENICS and/or the REQUESTOR for internal research, development, statistical analysis, and archival purposes as deemed appropriate by either.

4. The REQUESTOR has also agreed and has provided reasonable assurances to AXIOGENICS that the assessment results will not be the sole basis for any decisions that they may or may not make.

5. You recognize that AXIOGENICS does not have substantive control over what the REQUESTOR actually does or does not do with the information provided in or about the assessment results nor any decisions that the REQUESTOR or others may or may not make based on the assessment results.

6. Therefore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless (may not bring suit against) AXIOGENICS for any perceived or actual damages arising out of your taking this assessment, including any decisions that any party may make in which these assessment results may be a factor.
